Law Dah Terkena :
- Tiba² operation jadi slow padahal sebelum tu ok je
- Download sesuatu pastu double klik, yg kita download tu tak jadi apa, serupa cam tak klik
- Banyak function normal dah ilang/takder (Folder Option/Task Manager)
- Bukak sesuatu application tapi tak buka @ buka kejap pastu tutup sendiri balik
- System seperti rehash. dia close explore.exe pastu ada semula (restart explore.exe)
- Pop-up tetiba buka banyak/buka sendiri
- Search menda lain, yg keluar lain
- Search pakai yahoo tapi result tiba² search engine yg lain
- Antivirus tak leh running background
- Kat startup folder ada application pelik (unknown) @ ada tulis "empty" (bukan yg transparant)
- Msconfig > startup (ada file nama yg eja tah haper² tah cth: odgkkjjl268)
- Keluar error msg yg pelik atau yg bukan dari msg windows
- Tak leh buka taskmanager / msconfig / regedit
- PC or lappy shutdown sendiri
- Tak leh masuk windows / klik icon akaun, dia logout semula
- Loading lama untuk sesuatu application / atau masa nak on pc
Atasi :
1. Off system restore
- click kanan kat my computer
- amik properties
- klik tab system restore
- klik "turn off system restore......"
- klik ok
2. buang temp file
- klik kanan icon Internet Explore
- properties
- delete cookies
- delete file
- clear history
- klik ok
3. update antivirus / spyware
4. restart
5. run windows under safemode
- restart pc
- tekan F8 bila dah dengar bunyi "teet!!"
- tekan dalam nisbah 1 saat 1 kali tekan butang F8
- select safemode
- enter 2 kali
- login akuan
- bila popup keluar tekan je spacebar sekali
6. scan hdd ngan antivirus / spyware / portable antivirus / program yg rasa buleh buang virus
7. buka msconfig > startup > buang yang mana patut (virus file start up)
8. buka regedit
- search nama virus cth kalau brontok, search nama brontok dan delete
9. restart
- masuk normal mode
10. double cek system
- kalau sebelum ni tak leh buka cuba buka tgk leh ke tak
- nak lagi kompom, scan sekali lagi dalam normal mode
11. Last Resort
- sorry ler, tak dapat nak tolong law da semua try tp x menjadi. cara nya.... FORMAT HDD
